The Phoebus country house is a beautifully restored house with a deep historical history of 200 years where for the last 50 years it was used as a stable by the grandfather of the current owner.

During the German occupation, it was a coffee shop In its current form, the traditional elements of the stone house have been kept with modern touches that create a beautiful result.

The building is located 3.5 km from the sea and consists of the ground floor where the living room is located, the fully functional kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal with ingredients from our farm. During the cold months the traditional fireplace will offer you moments of relaxation and warmth while the A/C will be at your disposal when the temperature rises. The first level is completed by a master bedroom for two guests, along with a W.C. fully equipped with all essential amenities.
An internal staircase leads to the wooden loft, where up to two additional guests can be accommodated. Discretely there is a playroom and a balcony with an office.

The house is surrounded by our estate where you will experience an alternative experience as from the very first minute you will escape from the intense rhythm of the city experiencing a more traditional way of life as you are given the opportunity to engage in light farm activities, observe the
horses, collect
fresh eggs from the chickens, see the avocado trees with their fruit, taste fresh vegetables from our garden, enjoy a glass of wine from our privately owned organic vineyard in the underground cellar with 18 wine barrels, sample traditional raki, and then explore scenic nature trails on foot or by bicycle. When you arrive, you will be informed about attractions and services of interest to families, such as nearby supermarkets, pharmacies, parks, playgrounds and family restaurants, as well as information that will make your tour and stay easier.
